On 07 September 2025, the ECO4ALL Core Group held its 11th hybrid meeting at the Kos International Convention Centre, Greece, with online participation via Zoom. The session, chaired by Olesea Plotnic, gathered WG leaders and Core Group members to review progress and approve key decisions for the Action’s ongoing activities.
The agenda focused on several strategic topics:
Approval of the final Routledge book title: Consumer Law and the Circular Economy: Sustainable Policies, Processes and Comparative Practices, to be published in March 2026.
Endorsement of the list of speakers for the upcoming ECO4ALL WG2 Webinar (02 October 2025) and the PhD Workshop (17 October 2025).
Approval of the Young Research Mentor (YRM) report “Mapping the Future: A Survey for Young Researchers in ECO4ALL”, with results to be shared across the network.
Finalisation of the Work and Budget Plan for GP3, to be submitted to the Management Committee for a formal vote.
Preparations for the ECO4ALL International Conference, scheduled for 27–28 March 2026 in Rome, under the theme “Consumer Rights in the Age of the Circular Economy: Towards Sustainable and Fair Consumption”. The conference will include a dedicated session for Young Research Innovators.
The meeting also addressed preparations for the GP2 report, where WG Leaders will provide updates on their activities. A Google Form will be launched to collect contributions from all ECO4ALL members for the two-year reporting period.
The CG11 meeting concluded with a strong commitment to advancing ECO4ALL’s mission of integrating consumer rights and sustainability into the circular economy, with upcoming events and publications reinforcing the Action’s impact across Europe.
