On 8–9 June 2026, the ECO4ALL COST Action CA22124 successfully organised the WG4 Meeting at the Faculty of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, in a hybrid format. The meeting brought together researchers, Working Group members, young researchers, and stakeholders from across the ECO4ALL network to advance the Action’s communication, dissemination, networking, and stakeholder engagement activities.
The two-day programme combined expert presentations with interactive working sessions designed to strengthen the visibility and long-term impact of the Action. Discussions addressed effective communication strategies, stakeholder mobilisation, digital transformation, scientific dissemination, public engagement, and opportunities for enhancing collaboration both within ECO4ALL and with other COST Actions. Particular attention was given to the strategic role of dissemination in translating research outcomes into practical knowledge that supports the transition towards a consumer-centred circular economy.
A central feature of the meeting was the organisation of five parallel working groups, each dedicated to producing tangible outputs for the Action. Participants collaborated on the preparation of Newsletter No. 3, the development of the WG4 Communication Plan, the Stakeholder Engagement Roadmap supporting Deliverable D5, the identification of new scientific publication opportunities, and the planning of future synergies with other Working Groups and COST Actions. The meeting concluded with the presentation of group results and the adoption of concrete action plans for the upcoming Grant Period activities.
Among the key outcomes of the meeting were the establishment of the Newsletter Editorial Team, the identification of communication priorities, the creation of publication teams, the mapping of stakeholder engagement activities, and the development of coordinated dissemination initiatives aimed at increasing the visibility and societal impact of ECO4ALL research and deliverables.
