The ECO4ALL COST Action invites  Early Career Investigators (ECIs) and Young Researchers and Innovators (YRi)  to participate in its 1st Training School focused on enhancing sustainable consumption through a comprehensive SWOT analysis of circular economy (CE) strategies in consumer protection.

About the Training School
We are delighted to announce the ECO4ALL 1st Training School, organized as part of COST Action CA22124 -ECO4ALL in synergy with COST Action CA22110 – LIAISE (co-organiser). This interactive and dynamic training will bring together 6 expert trainers from different countries, each specializing in various aspects of circular economy and consumer protection.
Spanning 2.5 days, the Training School will provide participants with hands-on methodologies, practical insights, and networking opportunities to empower sustainable consumption and advance circular economy strategies that work for consumers.

The Training School aims to:
Contribute to Research Coordination:
•    Equip participants with methodologies for conducting SWOT analyses on CE strategies.
•    Foster discussions to generate innovative ideas and new perspectives.
•    Support ECO4ALL’s deliverables and its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) objectives.
Build Capacity:
•    Enhance participants’ skills in applying CE strategies to consumer protection challenges.
•    Offer career development opportunities through networking and knowledge exchange.
Strengthen Networks:
•    Facilitate the creation of long-lasting professional relationships.
•    Provide a platform to initiate new collaborations, including Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) and follow-up activities.
Promote Inclusivity and Engagement:
•    Ensure active participation of Early Career Investigators (ECIs) and Young Researchers and Innovators (YRi) under 40 years old.
•    Enhance the visibility of the COST programme and its Excellence and Inclusiveness Policy..

What to expect
Participants will engage in:
•    Interactive sessions led by leading trainers from across Europe.
•    A comprehensive SWOT analysis of circular economy strategies.
•    Practical workshops on consumer protection in the circular economy.
•    Networking opportunities to foster collaboration and career development.
