WG1 of CA22124 just hosted our very first PhD Student Workshop

Today, ECO4ALL team came together virtually for an enlightening session on “Business Model Canvas for Circular Economy and Consumer Protection”. From 14:00 to 18:00 CET on October 29, we welcomed PhD students, researchers, and scholars from across Europe who are passionate about integrating circular economy principles into business models that champion consumer protection.

This workshop, skillfully led by our WG1 Leader, Mihaela Tofan, featured insightful presentations and discussions on:

  • Sustainable Business Model Development – exploring ways to reduce waste, encourage reuse, and enhance consumer welfare through innovative business strategies.
  • Circular Economy Applications – highlighting research in luxury fashion, agribusiness, and sustainable entrepreneurship with practical examples shared by leading scholars.
  • Human Security & Economic Convergence – discussing circularity in business models for sustainable community impact and EU-Armenia business alignment.

We are truly grateful for everyone who joined, shared ideas, and sparked vibrant discussions! The workshop’s open format fostered a dynamic exchange of ideas, future research directions, and collaboration opportunities. It’s inspiring to see such dedication to sustainability in our academic community! Together, we’re taking meaningful steps toward a greener, more inclusive future.

Big thanks to all the speakers, organizers, and participants who made this event a success! Stay tuned for more from ECO4ALL COST Action CA22124 as we continue working toward innovative, sustainable solutions for tomorrow.
