On 02 October 2025, the ECO4ALL Action convened its second Management Committee meeting of the Grant Period 2 (MC2/GP2). The meeting was held online between 10:00 and 11:30 (Brussels time), gathering Management Committee members from participating countries, Working Group leaders, and the Core Group to review progress and set the course for the next phase of activities.
The session opened with welcoming remarks, a quorum check, and adoption of the agenda, followed by the latest updates from the COST Science Officer. A comprehensive review of the Action’s status was presented by the Action Chair, covering participation figures, the integration of new MC members, and leadership responsibilities. Special attention was given to the preparation of the 2nd Grant Period report and the strategic goals and work plan for GP3.
The Grant Holder Manager reported on the financial status of the Action, ensuring transparency and compliance with COST financial rules. Monitoring and reporting obligations towards the COST Association were also addressed.

Progress reports from all Working Groups, underlining achievements and ongoing challenges.
A presentation by the Young Research Mentor on the Young Researchers Programme, designed to increase the involvement and visibility of early career scientists.
An intervention by the Gender Balance Adviser on the foundations of the Gender Equality Plan, supporting inclusiveness across ECO4ALL activities.
The meeting also included an overview of synergies with other COST Actions, encouraging networking and joint initiatives. Finally, participants discussed upcoming activities under the Work and Budget Plan for GP3 and agreed on the planning of the next MC meeting.
This MC2/GP2 meeting marked an important milestone for ECO4ALL. It consolidated the achievements of the first two years while reinforcing the Action’s commitment to advancing consumer rights and sustainability within the framework of the circular economy, setting a clear roadmap for the years ahead.
