The COST Action CA22124 EU Circular Economy Network for All ECO4ALL is pleased to present the keynote speakers of the upcoming ECO4ALL International Conference 2026, entitled Consumer Rights in the Age of the Circular Economy Towards Sustainable and Fair Production and Consumption Practices.

The conference will take place on 26–27 March 2026 at Universitas Mercatorum in Rome, Italy, in a hybrid format, bringing together researchers, policymakers, and practitioners working on circular economy, consumer protection, and sustainable production and consumption.

The keynote session will feature distinguished experts who will address key challenges and opportunities related to the transition towards a circular economy and the role of law, policy frameworks, innovation, and consumer engagement in supporting sustainable transformation.

The keynote discussion will be moderated by the Action Chair of COST Action CA22124 ECO4ALL, Prof. Olesea Plotnic from Moldova State University, who will guide the exchange on policy pathways, regulatory approaches, and consumer-centred strategies that can support the development of a fair and sustainable circular economy.

The ECO4ALL International Conference represents an important platform for strengthening collaboration between academia, international organisations, and policymakers, contributing to the advancement of research and policy dialogue on circular economy and consumer rights in Europe and beyond.
