Call for Expression of Interest: WG4 Meeting, Thessaloniki, Greece (8–9 June 2026)

The COST Action CA22124 – ECO4ALL is pleased to announce the organisation of the WG4 Meeting, which will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece, on 8–9 June 2026, following the approval of the Management Committee through an e-vote on the allocation of the GP3 Top-Up budget.

This meeting is designed as a hands-on working meeting, bringing together members across Working Groups to advance key activities related to communication, dissemination, and networking. The programme will focus on the development of core WG4 outputs, including the enhancement of ECO4ALL’s digital communication tools (website, social media, YouTube), the preparation of Newsletter No. 3, and the coordination of joint research and dissemination outputs, such as publications and policy-oriented contributions.

A central objective of the meeting is to strengthen collaboration across the network and ensure better alignment between research results and communication strategies. In addition, the meeting will actively support the integration of stakeholder feedback—including input from policy-makers, practitioners, and other relevant actors—into both dissemination and research activities, thereby increasing the relevance and impact of the Action.

Participation in the WG4 Meeting is based on active and demonstrated contribution to ECO4ALL activities. Applicants are expected to contribute to WG4 tasks, including dissemination, communication, research outputs, and stakeholder engagement. Due to budgetary constraints, a limited number of in-person places is available, while opportunities for broader engagement may be supported through hybrid participation.
